On Behalf of the Napa Valley Girl’s Fast Pitch Association, more commonly known as “Kiwanis Softball League”, I would like to welcome you to our 62nd season of fun and exciting softball at historic Kiwanis Park.
My Name is Glenn Johnson and I am very honored to have the privilege to serve as the President of N.V.G.F.A in this 62nd season of softball for the young female athletes of the Napa community.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the hardworking managers, coaches, committee members, executive officers and parents who unselfishly donate their valuable time to these young ladies of Napa. You are giving these players more than instructions on the game of softball, teaching the value of team work, Sportsmanship, character development and leadership, you are giving them life long memories in addition to lasting friendships.
I hope you will join me in thanking the many people who contribute to our league. From the Kiwanis Club Of Napa, to the team sponsors and to those you see posted around the fence lines. These generous people recognize the importance of team sports for young women and their support makes so much of the N.V.G.F.A possible. We hope you will support them as your needs arise, as they have supported us.
It is for you, the players of N.V.G.F.A. why we are all here. I sincerely believe that I speak for everyone involved when I say, WE ARE YOUR BIGGEST FANS!!!
Families, friends and neighbors we will be going through a large make over at the conclusion of our 2010 season, are snack bar will get a fresh new look, with new bathrooms facilities and we could not have had this happen without your continued support thru the years. So I would like to say thank you for your support.
